Accessible Travel Netherlands (ATN) was initiated in November 2010 to provide tourists with accessibility information and to create awareness amongst tourism organisations about the importance of accessibility and inclusion within tourism.
This was initiated by Veroniek Maat, graduated at Wageningen University having researched accessible tourism at the New Zealand Tourism Research Institute (NZTRI) and Access Tourism NZ. Veroniek was already a member of European Network for Accessible Tourism (ENAT).
ATN offers consultancy on accessible tourism opportunities in the Netherlands to national and international travel agents and individual travelers. We work for independent travellers and with travel agencies and foundations from accross the world.
As Enable My Trip is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation we rely solely on donations and fund raising to keep our services truly free for users and providers. We are not a travel agent or trip organiser; You will need to contact the provider(s) directly to make reservations.
