I am Renè Moses the owner of Travel with Rene. I am a 100% black disabled female owned, Level 1 BBBEE company. I am a quadriplegic who uses a wheelchair as a result of a motor vehicle accident in 1995.
I am a people’s–person and thrives on my dedication to customer care. I specialise in wheelchair accessible transport, whether for tours, transfers from point to point or vehicle hiring for self-drive (only company in SA).
Vehicles seating capacity & safety measures:
The Toyota Quantum 2012 caters for X3 wheelchair users & x3 walkers (excl driver).
The Nissan Primastar 2007 caters either:
x1 wheelchair users + x5 walkers
x2 wheelchair user + x3 walkers
x8 walkers only.
Our vehicles have tinted windows with air conditioning for privacy & comfort.
Our vehicles have been adapted with a hydraulic wheelchair lift to cater for wheelchair users, family and companions.
The wheelchair is mounted by means of x4 floor restraints, securing it to the ground. A body belt is placed around the wheelchair user & the wheelchair to ensure their safety.
