DINING ROOM/CONSERVATORY - with stunning views of Lligwy, the beach and bay. It is North facing so gets the evening sun in summer. Dining table and chairs for 8 people and a 2 seater sofa.
KITCHEN – open plan and fully equipped with an electric “Rangemaster” range cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and washer/drier. Crockery and cutlery. There is a breakfast bar which can accommodate 4 people.
HEATING – The ground floor has under floor heating. Upstairs is heated by radiators with individual controls on each.
GARDEN – in front of the house with a grassed area.
PARKING – off road parking for up to 3 cars
OTHER INFORMATION – There is no gas in the property. There is a heat exchange unit. There is an iron and ironing board and a built in vacuum system.
