Madog's Wells is a disabled & wheelchair cccessible cottages in beautiful mid Wales. It is situated in eight acres of beautiful countryside with woodland walks all around, plenty of wildlife and is ideal for bird-watching, walking or touring Mid Wales.

About Madog's Wells .

Madog's Wells is situated on eight acres of beautiful countryside with woodland walks all around, and plenty of wildlife, and is ideal for bird-watching, walking, or touring Mid Wales. You can watch the birds from your breakfast table from the cottages. It has three cottages;

  1. Wren's Nest, 2 Bedroomed Cottage (Sleeps 3).

This compact cottage comprises;

  • lounge-dining room with DVD player, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 single), electric radiators in the bedrooms, shower-room with roll-in shower, w.c., wash-hand basin with wheelchair room under support rails and a towel trolley.
  • The lounge-dining room contains a sofa, easy chair, dining table and chairs, electric fire, Free-Sat TV and radio.

 

2. Blackbird Cottage, 3 Bedroomed (Sleeps 6 + cot).

This spacious cottage, built in 2001 to our specifications has;

  • large kitchen/dining area, lounge, 3 bedrooms (1double and 2 twin), shower-room containing roll-in shower, w.c, wash-hand basin with wheelchair room under, towel trolley and various angled support and drop-down rails, separate toilet with wash-hand basin, oil-fired central heating throughout.

The lounge contains;

  • 2 settees, a Queen Anne style chair, DVD player, Free-Sat TV stereo system.

The well-equipped kitchen contains;

  • Calor gas cooker, fridge/freezer, kettle, microwave, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, dining table and chairs, including a carver chair.

 

3. Swallow Cottage, 3 Bedroomed Cottage (Sleeps 6 + cot).

This spacious cottage, built 2006 to our specifications, comprises.

  • large kitchen/dining area, lounge with Free Sat TV, 3 bedrooms 1 super king, 2 twin bedded rooms, shower-room with various angled support rails, roll-in shower, w.c, wash-hand basin with wheelchair room under the bath. There is a separate toilet with a wash-hand basin. It has oil-fired central heating throughout.

The lounge contains;

  • 2 settees, an easy chair, DVD player, Free-Sat TV, stereo system

The well-equipped kitchen contains;

  • Calor gas cooker, fridge/freezer, kettle, microwave, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, dining table and chairs. In addition it has a balcony with access from the lounge
  • Daily rates are available (minimum stay 2 nights)
  • Arrival - not before 3. Departure - by 10am, please
  • All cottages are non-smoking - thanks.
  • Wireless internet available
