The Dairy Annexe is suitable for persons with limited mobility (occasional wheelchair users).

Tastefully renovated The Dairy Annexe is converted into a self-catering bungalow accessible accommodation. Sleeps three persons in one double and one single accessible bedroom. Flat access throughout.

Parking for 2 cars is available. Access to the property is 16 metres to the kitchen door. External doorways are 85cm, flat access. The internal doorways are 71cm, flat access. The main bedroom has a double bed 70cm high with Pine headboard and FOOTBOARD and access space of 75cm width.

The second bedroom has a 58cm high single bed.

The bathroom is through a sliding door 70cm maximum width with access to the toilet front facing or from your left. There is no facility to side transfer from a wheelchair. It is necessary to stand and turn to access the toilet.  

Larger accessible toilet situated from the back lobby. Shower room is wheelchair accessible with non-slip flooring and no sills. Grab rails are in situ.

Created with easy, flat access facilities. Sleeping 3 persons in 2 bedrooms.

Fully equipped kitchen/diner with TV, Sitting room with TV/DVD. 

Free wi-fi.

Back lobby gives access to enclosed patio and garden.

One double bedroom with Teletext TV and one further single bedroom which is suitable for wheelchair users.

Shower room/toilet. Non slip wet room facilities. Additional large accessible toilet.

All flat access and wide doors. Grab rails in situ. Shower chairs and Some mobility aids available on site.

We have a variety of shower chairs/seats and other toilet aids, also raising blocks for beds, perching stools on site.

An additional, larger toilet is accessed from the lobby and is equipped with grab rails and drop bar rail.

Lever taps are in situ throughout the property.

The 2nd bedroom in this property becomes a single to accommodate wheelchair users.

Access to gardens and patios are wheelchair friendly.

Two miles from the A47 at Guyhirn. Bus stop to local towns just 800 metres.

• The property is complete flat access with wide doors and accessible shower/wet-room. Oil-fired central heating throughout. Washing/drier facilities available on site.
