You are assured of a warm, friendly welcome at our 2 holiday cottages in Devon. Dreamcatcher (sleeps 2) & Moonseeker (sleeps 4) and are peacefully located close to Dartmoor National Park, in rural mid Devon. No longer a working farm, the cottages nestle amongst fields of sheep and cows in a wildlife rich area. We are on the furthest edge of the village of Sampford Courtenay, with its interesting history, and a 5 minute drive will bring you to Okehampton, providing all the facilities of a small rural town.
Sometimes a holiday just isn’t the same if you have to leave your pet friend behind. We therefore offer pet and dog friendly holidays and short breaks in Devon and welcome your well behaved pet. Both Moonseeker and Dreamcatcher have fully enclosed private gardens and we can provide bowls, a pet throw and towel. If you enjoy muddy walks Moonseeker has a muddy paw and boot wash.
Dreamcatcher is a spacious, detached, self-catering holiday cottage, specially for two. The main entrance has 1 step. There is no lift and no ramp. A romantic hideaway where you can relax & escape, Dreamcatcher has its own private garden at the front. The rear faces the pretty sunken garden. Dreamcatcher is equipped with both underfloor heating, and a wood-burner for cosy evenings in. The accommodation in this holiday cottage is all on the ground floor. Moonseeker is on the other side of the sunken garden to Dreamcatcher. You will have a high degree of privacy, with your own enclosed private and secluded rear garden, decked patio and bbq. This holiday cottage is 2 storey with 2 ensuite bedrooms upstairs, full underfloor heating, a woodburner in the lounge, leather sofa and armchairs, and a range style gas cooker in the well equipped kitchen.
