A warm welcome awaits at the Proven House at Lane Side Farm. We are a small family working beef and sheep farm with Pedestrian access across 500 metres of our farmland. Recently renovated 4 star gold award luxurious self catering accommodation in the Heart of the Ribble Valley, an area of outstanding natural beauty.
The newly converted stone build ground floor accommodation is a self catering cottage within our working farm yard complex. The accommodation is gas central heated throughout and comprises of one double/ twin bedroom with en-suite wet room, dining kitchen and a comfortable lounge. The Proven house is all situated on the ground floor level making it perfect for two people, couples, the elderly and the less mobile. We also cater for people with disabilities and have been awarded Mobility Level 2 award.
