Literally in a field of its own, this idyllic self catering barn and surrounds gives you fantastic vistas across the valley and field views in all directions; a very special location,where you can feel really relaxed in your own private estate. The gallery loft overlooks an old brick quarry reserve, ideal for wildlife viewing.
The barn has a shower room on the top level, with no bath and has a supporting rail adjacent to the quadrant shower. Both the upstairs bedrooms are immediately adjacent. The downstairs wet room, which is en suite to the second twin bedded room has been designed from scratch to accommodate disabled visitors, with the toilet pan close to the basin with its single lever controlled tap. Please note that this room is not equipped with the full range of grab bars which may be familiar in public disabled washrooms.
Hilltop Cottage - Sleeps 2. It is a ground floor cottage perched on a hillside, offering fantastic views; ideal for a couple wanting to escape to the country. There is comfortable and welcoming self-catering accommodation awaiting guests, with a cosy sitting room with dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. The small, private garden with orchard is the perfect place to sit back and relax in the peaceful surroundings of this Welbourn cottage, whilst enjoying the stunning hilltop views over the Lincolnshire countryside. Hilltop Cottage has paved access from the parking area right to the front door, which has a sill raised 75 mm on entry. It is not suitable for wheelchairs but is fine for people of reduced mobility, since the whole property is on ground floor level. There is a shower over bath in the bathroom/toilet.
