Based in an idyllic and quiet location in North Devon, with Ilfracombe and Woolacombe close by, we believe in giving our guests a wonderfully memorable experience.
There are several cottages on site , some can accommodate up to 10 guests. The Granary is wheelchair accessible, with a wet room.

You enter into this cottage’s spacious Lounge/Kitchen Diner with its welcoming wood burning stove, vast beams and original stone work. Leading off is the first Double Bedroom, the en suite Twin Bedded Room and the separate Shower Room and Toilet. The staircase takes you to the wonderful Double Galleried Bedroom with its character low beams and beautiful full length drapes that insure your privacy. From the entrance door is a private patio with garden furniture and rural Devon farmland views.
*Guests are advised that due to the cottages listed building status certain original features have had to be retained during the conversion. This means that the galleried bedroom in this cottage has low beams that measure approximately 6 feet from the floor. More
Here guests can relax on the farm, where they can roam the twenty acres or take in the many nearby attractions, such as the famous beaches, the moors or explore the local towns and villages that are all within easy reach.
Our weekly bonfire is an event not to be missed – a chance to meet other guests and chat about the places you’ve been exploring, we also have a barbeque during the school summer holidays. Well behaved dogs are always welcome.
All our cottages are stone barns, recently sympathetically converted with a great deal of care and attention to detail, to ensure that the original character is retained.
