Petasfield Cottages offer peace and tranquillity in the heart of the beautiful Hertfordshire countryside. Situated within working riding stables the cottages offer a unique combination of peace and activity, catering to a wide range of tastes. You can wonder for hours exploring some of the 50 miles of bridleways and footpaths. Or sit quietly with your favourite book.
In such idyllic surroundings it’s hard to believe that you are within easy reach of London, Cambridge and St Albans – ideal for those times when you need a little retail therapy. The historic market county town of Hertford is just over a mile away with an excellent range of independent shops, restaurants and pubs.

The kitchen of Broadwater Cottage has been designed for disabled people by Adam Thomas of 'Access Matters'.
There is an electric sink and hob riser giving wheelchair users complete independence.
Both of the two-bedroom cottages, Ashwell and Smiths have a Voyager ceiling track hoist.
