Welcome to Castle Farm - a tranquil and picturesque development of holiday cottages and glamping accommodation in between Ellesmere and Oswestry in the beautiful North Shropshire countryside. Do as much or as little as you like in the local rea, and return to a hot tub to relax in after a busy day.
Woodpecker Holiday Cottage is a barn conversion, it sleeps 5 people with easy access and it is wheelchair friendly. Ground floor has living room/dining room and kitchen. Twin bedroom with ensuite disabled wetroom to include grab rails and seat in shower. First floor has a double and single bedroom with bathroom with shower over bath and toilet. The property has parking for 2 cars, an enclosed garden, a hot tub and cycle storage.
Living room has electric fire, oil fired central heating throughout, bedding and towels included. Cot and high chair availible on request. TV/DVD player, electric cooker, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer and Wireless Internet (WiFI) is available.
Two well behaved dogs are welcome but must not be left in property unattended and are not allowed upstairs or on beds or furniture.

The medieval county town of Shrewsbury to the south, and the Roman city of Chester to the north, are both just a 45-minute drive away. The Welsh border, bringing with it numerous attractions and some fantastic scenery, is just a little over a mile from Castle Farm too.
Stays are relatively flexible and there’s free WiFi, children are welcome and we don’t charge you if you want to bring your dogs.
