All accessible suites are on the ground floor in one area. Confirmation of the accessible suite was excellent, with the staff ensuring that this happened and there were no doubts that it would be available on arrival. The windows are extremely high and the curtains and blinds are electrically operated. The only view from the room is upwards, of the skyline - which is ok for a short stay. We stayed in a two bedroom suite (with two bathrooms) which was extremely large and had a full kitchen and dining area. The roll-in shower was ok for our party but some wheelchair users may struggle as the entrance point is narrow and grab bars are few. The staff were helpful, bright and cheerful; the included breakfast was ok, but the dining area was rather cramped and is a challenge for wheelchair users particularly for those in large power chairs. Overall a good place to stay, but with limitations for some. Our family took our mobile (Hoyer) hoist and had no issues with the bathroom.
