To most people it means time off and enjoying life free of worries, but not for disabled people. People with disabilities, depending on wheelchairs, get disappointed more often than not.
Hanneke Fronik and Jan, alias Gehandicapten.com / Disability in Thailand Co Ltd., experienced these disappointments themselves because they always travel in and with an electric wheelchair. With this user information in mind they started several accessible holidays homes adapted for the needs of wheelchair users.
On our website (see link below) these adapted houses come with a full description and pictures to show wheelchair access. All houses have at least one roll-in-shower, tiled floors without thresholds inside, a hospital bed, drop down shower seat, shower wheelchair and hoist.
All holiday homes are located in nice areas, in Hua Hin, Thailand, the Royal beach town.. Within walking distance you will always find shops, restaurants, ATM's and supermarkets, but also the beach, sea or lakes. Each accommodation can be reached by car/taxi, train, plane and/or accessible public transport.
Each home has a price list and a availability calendar. Booking is easily made with our online reservation form.
