The property is suitable for anyone with limited mobility a wheelchair user or a hidden disability. However, the property will not suit large power chairs, as access is via a temporary ramp, the level access entrance is straight into the accessible bedroom. The ramp is available on request. Some of the doors are normal width, so not suitable for wide wheelchairs.
The equipment available is a profiling bed, mobile hoist, shower stool and shower chair available on request.
Pets allowed on request, to enjoy time in the enclosed garden with a patio area and garden furniture perfect for the family to relax and children to run free!
For less sunny days there is a lovely sunroom with accessible access via a small ramp to the garden.
The property has been recently updated and is very well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. From the kitchen there is a sunny dining area, with seating for six, this leads onto the patio and rear garden through glazed doors. There is also a washing machine and dishwasher

From entering through the welcoming hallway, you find yourself in the bright, airy and large sitting room. With sofas and flat screen TV it is an ideal space to relax after a day on the beach or golf course.
Upstairs there are three well-appointed bedrooms. The master has a king size bed, there's a double room and a single room and an upstairs bathroom.
