About Kenwood

Located in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, Kenwood is a three bedroomed converted coach house on the owners property which offers spacious living accommodation within an adapted space.

Profiling beds are present in 2 bedrooms with a ceiling tracked hoist in one of these two. The third bedroom houses a double bed. There is an adapted wet room complete with changing bed and H frame ceiling hoist. 

The lounge/kitchenette is spacious with a space saver dining table available. A three piece suite includes a reclining chair to allow for comfortable seating. Underfloor heating with individual room thermostats allows for all temperature needs to be met. 

A shared garden offers accessible outdoor space.

Complex Care Bungalows was conceived in 2018 as a dream to provide respite for people with severe physical difficulties. This was inspired by experience teaching in a local special school within a post 16 department and the difficulties faced in accessing respite provision within adults services.

Our desire to make a difference involved a significant house move to a property where there was scope to adapt an old coach house into a three bedroom facility.

This led to the development of our very first rental 'Kenwood' completed in September 2019. 

Initially the plan was to provide staff for the accommodation but this is now not possible and so Kenwood is rented as a building only.
