The hotel has two accessible rooms (2 & 3) with a large wet room/roll-in shower. Mobile hoist use is restricted as their is inadequate space under the current bed design, but the hotel are happy to raise beds if requested. Any extra beds (i.e. when 3 people are accommodated) have adequate space for hoisting, though space could be limited . The two accessible bedrooms are on the ground floor and access to them and the main hotel is via a ramp through the bar area. Situated in acres of gardens, this upmarket hotel is popular as a weddings venue or as a base to explore the Sussex and Kent countryside. There is an extensive spa/health club but there is no swimming pool or hot tub access by ramp or hoist.
The original building dates back till the 18th Century, but additions have been made to this over the years. Meals can be taken in the restaurant and bar snacks are available. Close by is a golf course and riding stables.

This hotel is situated in some lovely well maintained gardens and the mian building was the original house of the Beauport Park Estate. Our room (No.2) was on the ground floor a very short distance to the bar , reception and restaurant. Access to the hotel was via a purpose built ramp at the rear of the property. The room was spacious, and the wet room was excellent with plenty of space for a wheelchair and mobile hoist. The bathroom was disappointingly not vey clean, but the hotel soon rectified this, offering a sincere apology and giving a discount from the bill. Disabled parking was right outside of the room. As with a lot of hotel properties, the bed had filled in sides , so no space for the hoist underneath, but we managed. Sadly the excellent spa and health club has no pool access via a hoist or ramp. All-in all value for money at a good hotel in a lovely setting. We could not fault the friendliness and efficiency of all the staff we encountered.
