The Salt Shack is an eco-style, accessible new build property, located 3 minutes' walk from the beach, complete with EV charger. Suitable for children and pets, this gated property comfortably sleeps six with a king master ensuite and two bedrooms configured as twin or super king rooms.

The Salt Shack has been constructed to ensure accessibility, with zero-step entrances and 32" or wider doorways to support guests using wheelchairs and/or mobility devices in all areas. Please ensure that the shower area will be suitable for your needs (see accessibility information and images).

A stunning open plan kitchen/dining/living area features a breakfast bar, log burner and smart TV. The property includes walk in showers, a bathtub, an outdoorBBQ/fire pit, landscaped gardens and play areas with onsite parking for four vehicles.

Shake off the stresses of city life, dip your toes in the sand and get ready to chill out and relax at The Salt Shack, Goodwood racecourse is just 20 minutes drive away, a quick dip in the sea then head off to Goodwood Revival, or Festival of Speed!

A perfect base only 75 metres away, from which to surf the popular East Wittering waves, with secure storage for paddle boards, surf boards or bikes if cycling is your thing & you’re wanting to explore the green hills & valleys around Goodwood surrounding areas….. including The Salterns Way… a mostly flat, off road scenic cycle route & footpath, much of along safe, car free paths, making it a great place for families or couples to cycle/walk into Chichester together….maybe dropping into a couple of beautifully located waterside pubs, notable The Crown & Anchor at Dell Quay.

Or you can link directly to the lovely old towpath that runs beside the Chichester canal all the way into Chichester town. Salterns Way links directly into Centurion Way, another lovely path that runs between Chichester, Lavant & West Dean following the old dismantled Chichester to Midhurst railway line which closed in 1991.Salterns way is 19km long & Centurion Way is 9km long.

A stunning eco-style three bedroom house, The Salt Shack is only 3 minutes' stroll to the beach. Set within its own private grounds with ample off road parking, this gated & fenced property is suitable for children and pet-friendly. 

Designed to maximise outdoor living, the large terrace features a comfortable loungers and hammock to catch the sun from dawn to dusk, subtle dawn to dusk lighting allows guests to continue comfortable al fresco dining well into the evening. The unique BBQ/fire pit area includes a custom-built timber seating area with sand and play zone for long relaxing summer evenings. There are plenty of logs stored in the shed.

The adjacent ancient olive tree, surrounded by a tiled high top bar, is a key feature for guests to enjoy. 

After a fun day at the beach, lay down your paddle board on The Salt Shack's fresh green lawn and jump under the outdoor surfboard rainwater shower. The lockable detached outdoor shed provides plenty of secure storage for bikes, paddle boards, surf boards etc.

The property features underfloor heating and is powered by eco-friendly solar panels and an air-sourced heat pump which ensures a comfortable environment throughout all seasons for cosy nights in enjoying a home cooked meal prepared in the fully equipped kitchen or watching a movie on Netflix. An Echo Dot is located in the living room beneath the TV for use during your stay.
