Welcome to The Rose-Marie Lodge, a recently renovated 3/4-bedroom chalet bungalow designed with ultimate comfort and accessibility in mind .
This holiday let is perfect for multiple wheelchair users, as 2 of the downstairs bedrooms offer full accessibility, with one featuring a profiling bed, ceiling hoist, and a large well equipped en-suite wet-room, with a mobile shower trolley, high low sink and shower chair. While the other bedroom can have a profiling bed and mobile hoist or a sofa bed.
There is a 3rd smaller downstairs bedroom with a double bed for carers or family. With a separate shower room and toilet. At the rear of the property there is a large lounge kitchen diner, which leads onto the large accessible patio overlooking the lovely garden. We understand that pets are family too, which is why this bungalow is dog-friendly .
From the kitchen is a wide door which opens onto a ramp for wheelchair access from the drive. The kitchen is well equipped with a washing machine and dish washer. Upstairs is a large master bedroom with another shower room. You'll also have off-road parking available for one large WAV and one car. Across the road from Clacton Garden centre with a lovely café.
