The property is in a good location in the Heart of England in a small village less than 4 miles from Royal Leamington Spa, Warwick Castle and Charlecote Park , a wonderful 16th Century historic building. World famous Stratford-on-Avon is about 8 miles away. A short distance away is the local pub 'The Leopard' which serves lunches and dinners
The property is perfect for families and those who require accessibility facilities, our ground floor room is custom fitted with a disabled-friendly design, including a wet room with a bath and ceiling track hoist from bed to bath.

With three more bedrooms upstairs, the house can comfortably sleep up to 10 guests. Our terrace is private and the garden is shared with friendly neighbouring hosts. Enjoy amenities such as a comfortable lounge, smart TVs, music system, two ground floor bathrooms, an upstairs bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and laundry facilities.
Our ground floor room is custom fitted for a disabled guest, with a ceiling track hoist for direct transfers to and from the wet room which has an 'up-down' bath, and a shower trolley.
Our large enclosed garden features a pool table, trampoline, and hot tub (sorry no hoist at present), making it the perfect choice for families with kids.
