We have a profiling bed, pool hoist, movable hoist, wet room, and a shower chair commode.
Villa Ampelitis sleeps 2 – 8 in the main house and it has a further 2 accessible studios, bookable by you only as an “add on” to the house booking, otherwise they remain empty. They each sleep 2 – 4. We offer lower rates for 2 adults or 2 adults plus up to 2 children. The private pool is electrically heated, so is not weather dependent. 4 - 6 Bedroom Villa :
Unique luxurious Villa Ampelitis is a hidden gem majestically situated on a stunning hilltop in peaceful countryside, offering 360° panoramic unspoilt views of the surrounding hills, Statos-Agios Fotios village, and on a clear day, the sea. The villa, which is set within a 2000 sq. m orchard garden, (with fruit, vegetables and herbs for you to use), has no immediate neighbours and the pool and poolside cannot be overlooked. It is an ideal spot for complete relaxation as you can enjoy and sample the traditional Cypriot way of life here, yet be within easy striking distance of Paphos and its beaches. The village is 3 minutes’ walk, and the excellent Kolios Winery which also serves pre-bookable meze, is about 15 minutes’ walk.
