This hotel is very popular with wheelchair users - and you can see why. The wet room bathrooms are very large indeed and allow plenty of space for moving around. If you need a third bed, they have a sofa bed which could sleep another adult or two small children. If you are taking a mobile hoist you will need to request that the bed is raised (easily done with screw in legs) as there is a metal bar which prevents the legs of the hoist from going under the bed. Food was OK and buffet style at breakfast and dinner. The staff were friendly and helpful. Just one point to mention - the waste water from the rooms above passes through a pipe which is inside part of the room - this could disturb some guests if they are sensitive to sound. It is a short distance, on he flat  to all the main attractions and the promenade which goes to Costa Adeje and Los Cristianos. If you venture inland, wheelchair users will need some electrical assistance as it can be quite hilly in parts. Overall, a great value hotel in a good position. Getting the reservation confirmed with the hotel by email took longer than expected.
