This is a vacation home in Cape Coral on the Gulf Coast, close to Fort Myers. It has with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one with roll-in shower, swimming pool and spa (pool and spa hoists) , garages and own boat path. The home can accommodate up to six guests.
There are small thresholds at each door, that is the entrance, the connecting door from the garage into the house and from the bathroom door to the patio. The toilet wheelchair is 17,5 inch high and covers also the toilet. The washbasin in the first bathroom has a passable freedom of three ft in width and at a height of 32 inch, only breaked up by as waste pipe. The area of the shower is 71" x 33". The entrance is beveled.
You have a vanity as well, which is 32" wide and 31" high, breaked up by a waste pipe. The entrance to this shower is also beveled (58" x 34").
There is one lift at the pool and the spa. The difference between the wall of the building and the pool is 37 inch, on the lift side it is 44 inch.The house is located at the end of a quite side street.
The equipment: a well-appointed kitchen, towels, bedlinen, television in two bedrooms. You have also TV in the living room and a stereo system. Phone and fax machine are in the house as well. Internet(WLAN) is useable for free. The swimming pool lays in the west, so you have nearly the whole day a lot of sun in the garden. It is also possible to have breakfast on the terrace, there you have a canopy which is permeable to sun and air or you just lay on the lounger and relax. The neighbourhood is exclusively American. Just a few minutes by car and you will find some small shopping centres: We personally prefer PUBLIX, they have a bakery which fulfills you every wish, or WALGREENS, a pharmacy included.
