Both our LEGOLAND® Resort Hotels are accessible for guests with disabilities.
Accessible rooms have one double bed and a bunk bed*. Facilities include pull alarm cords in both the bathroom and bedroom, as well as widened doorways and lowered fixtures/fittings.*We do offer the option of twin beds in some rooms (subject to availability)
We have rooms with a walk-in shower (wet room) and others with a lower bath.
We have rooms in both Hotels that include a ceiling track hoist facility.
Lift access is available within both hotels with the exception of the mezzanine level within the Castle Hotel. You can still enjoy both the Wizard and Knight themed rooms as these are available on other floors accessible by the lift.
