Offering well-equipped single storey accommodation, it enjoys its own large enclosed garden and patio area, as well as parking for one car. Tastefully furnished throughout, it provides a great base for couples, families and dog walkers. It is surrounded by fields with bridleways, walking and cycling paths from the door into the valley, perfect for ramblers.

Accommodation

All on the ground floor. Open plan living space with tiled floor. Living area features Sky TV (basic package), DVD player, tiled floor and French doors leading to garden. 

Kitchen area: With electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

Bedroom 1: With zip and link super kingsize bed (can be twin beds on request) and en-suite wet room with shower and toilet.

Bedroom 2: With kingsize bed and en-suite wet room with shower, shower seat, toilet, adjustable toilet seat and grab rails.
