We are a family run business providing 8 holiday cottages close to the north Norfolk coast and the Royal Estate of Sandringham all converted from farm buildings to a high standard. They can sleep between 2-10 people and we can sleep up to 48 people on site making us an ideal location for group holidays.
All of our properties have been designed to be accessible for all, allowing those with limited mobility to holiday with their family and friends in a home from home environment. All cottages are wheelchair accessible, have level access, open plan room layout including roll in wet rooms and purpose built low level kitchens. Each has its own personal garden.
We are family and pet friendly. All cottages have access to wireless internet and we have a selection of mobility equipment available to hire e.g. hoists, profile beds and wheelchairs.

"As a family business we pride ourselves on the personal touch we provide.
My mother, Emma had Parkinson’s Disease herself and during her time as a Trustee of the Parkinson’s Disease Society she learnt, first hand, the very special needs of those in a wheelchair along with the needs of their families and carers. It was this understanding and her inspirational drive that led to the conversion of the farm buildings to provide warm and inviting holiday accommodation for all these families to enjoy.
All of our cottages are wheelchair accessible, having level access and an open plan room layout including, en-suite ‘roll-in’ wet rooms and purpose built low-level kitchens, especially designed for wheelchair users, their families and carers. Each has its own personal garden. We welcome all members of the family, including dogs.
Our office is on site and we are always happy to discuss your needs for your stay. We provide wireless access to the internet and have a selection of equipment such as hoists, wheelchairs etc. available to hire. We can also do some essentials shopping for you ahead of your arrival.
My mother unfortunately passed away in December 2012 aged 62. We will forever miss her but my father and I are dedicated to carry on the business in her memory."
