The accessible rooms at the Crown Plaza are on the 14th floor with views across the city. We stayed there shortly after Grenfell, which freaked us out a tad.There was no profiling bed and hiring one in effectively doubles the cost of an overnight stay. I think a ceiling hoist and profiling bed should be provided together. I struggled to carry out all care needs bent over a low bed. As a large chain, I think the CP should have a profiling bed as an option.
