On the edge of the Forest of Bowland, a tranquil moorland gem, with the unspoiled River Lune, The Quarters is your perfect home away from home.

We’re situated in Caton, a thriving North Lancashire village, just 2 miles from the M6 motorway, and only a short distance away from the historic City of Lancaster. Caton has a number of convenient shops and pubs, and its setting in the picturesque Lune valley makes it an ideal home-base for walking, cycling and a wealth of other activities.

Our fully accessible, pet friendly, apartment is available to book all year round. The Quarters is designed to be an inclusive, accessible space (read more about our accessibility here) for all the family – including pets – to enjoy and relax in.

Our big, bright apartment makes entertaining the family a breeze, with plenty of space for children to play and explore. We’re proud to welcome all members of your family – even the fluffy ones – yes, pets are welcome to join you for your stay, with no extra charge.

Allergies? Don’t worry, we pride ourselves on being hypoallergenic, and even though we welcome guests with pets, following each stay, the apartment is cleaned to a professional standard.

The peaceful apartment has two modern, well equipped Bedrooms with hardwood floors. All windows have locking facility – idea for guests with children, or guests who prefer a gentle breeze at night, but with the added security. No matter what brings you to stay at The Quarters, be that adventure breaks, peaceful countryside getaways, or quality family time, you’ll be glad to know that our bathroom offers the space and facilities to wind down and relax after a long – or lazy – day…

From the wet-room style shower, to the generously sized corner bath, you can be sure to relax in this really warm and inviting space.

Accessibility Information:

• Our bathroom is ideal for all access requirements. Its large footprint makes it ideal for manoeuvring wheelchairs, and there is plenty of space for a hoist.
• There are grab rails throughout, and the sink is lowered to accommodate our guests in wheelchairs.
• The shower is wall-mounted, but not fixed, with a hose, an inclusive wet-room style.
• On request we have a lightweight shower chair with adjustable legs and foldaway arms.
