The apartment is on the ground floor with its own entrance and garden. There is a slight slope to the front door but no steps either inside or out.
The lounge faces south and overlooks the cliff top and the sea. There is ample varied seating. There is a large LCD HD television with Blu-Ray DVD and broadband with a wireless router. There are three double bedrooms and each has a TV.
The front bedroom (overlooking the sea and the Purbecks) has a profiling bed and a single bed. There is space for wheelchairs to move around and turn and has a large wet room en-suite also suitable for wheelchairs. The back bedroom has an electric double, each side working independently, which can be split and used as two 2′ 6″ singles. It has an en-suite wet room again large enough for wheelchair use.
The middle bedroom is twin bedded. It uses the toilet/shower across the hall. Each guest will be provided with a bath and hand towel.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc and houses the dining table. In the unfortunate event of you needing to use the washing machine there is a drying rack and iron. However if you want to do the washing up, just take in the marvellous view of the sea and the Purbecks while you get on with your chores.
The hall and rooms have coloured accessories which are helpful for people with visual impairments. At the front there is a large porch/sun lounge which has an area suitable for charging a buggy.
There is a level garden with room for off road parking. Part of the garden is secluded with a table and seating. This area is also wheelchair and walking aids accessible. To the side of the accommodation is a small covered smoking area.
The facilities are family friendly although assistance dogs and children could not be outside unsupervised as the area is not gated to allow for easy access. The apartment is kept warm during cooler periods with thermostatically controlled central heating with an electric fire in the lounge for an extra boost if needed.
