Together with our daughter Kathryn and her family we live and work at Toll Farm, our beef and arable farm, and are on hand to answer questions and help you enjoy your stay with us. Sheep or cattle are often in the field behind Dairy Cottage while ducks and moorhens live on the fenced off pond in front of the Cowshed, all of which help you to feel you are in the heart of the countryside.

Our single storey Cowshed is perfect for families of all ages.
Set on our beef and arable farm in the peaceful Sussex Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty this sympathetically converted cowshed is furnished to a high standard and with wide doorways it has been planned to cater for both able and less able guests.
The spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner has a vaulted ceiling with many exposed beams and overlooks a large pond, which is fenced, and home to resident ducks.
In addition to the king and twin bedrooms there is also an optional twin bedroom (POA) with en suite shower room accessed through the first twin bedroom. This is ideal for children or a carer.

Dairy Cottage is a single storey cottage in a quiet location with extensive rural views from the lounge but is only 3 minutes walk from the local pub serving good local food.
The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner leads out through the patio door to the lawned garden with patio furniture and bbq area.
The comfortable living accommodation has a wealth of character with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams. The double bedroom has an en-suite shower, toilet and basin, while the twin room has electric beds and easy access to the spacious wet floor shower room suitable for wheelchair users.
Both cottages have many exposed oak beams, an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area with controllable under floor heating and large wet floor shower rooms. There is level, easy access in and around both cottages with no ramps or steps. Parking is directly outside both cottages and we have a 4* rating by Visit England.
Dairy Cottage and the Cowshed are only 60 metres apart and can be booked together for larger groups. Extra seating for meals can be made available in the Cowshed.
