Aksos Suites is an accessible hotel in Chania, built and designed for people with special needs and mobility disabilities. The hotel is wheelchair friendly and offers holidays to families with wheelchair users, providing safety and comfort.

The suites are designed to offer the perfect combination of access and relaxation. The location is ideal for family holidays, for people with disabilities, and children of all ages. Each suite features: 

• Kitchen and bathroom furniture, all designed to be accessible to people with disabilities
• Electric bed with 5 different positions – support handles.
• Low level dressing table and wardrobe.
• Fully accessible wet room, with grab rails
• Safety lighting in the rooms and outside areas.
• Electric shutters, unbreakable double glazing.
• Hydro massage pool
• Additional medical equipment can be provided upon request.

Our Eco-friendly suites meet all safety specifications and have the amenities of a very good city hotel. Each apartment has a master bedroom, with an amazing view of the lake, an open plan living room and kitchen area, a wet room, private patio and a garden.

The bedroom can host two people and the living room has a day bed and can accommodate another adult or two children.  The suites have single beds, double beds or electric beds. The Aksos Suites Hotel is built to the best standards to better serve people with a disability and mobility problems, during their holidays in Chania, Crete. It is designed in one level, with a landscaped kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom, making all areas accessible, easy and secure. Furthermore, our accommodation is fully accessible for wheelchair users.

Guests are offered the possibility of transferring them to a supermarket, to beaches that are fully accessible and equipped with the Seatrac system as well as sightseeing by use of a special vehicle, turning your vacation into a unique experience.

Also, the pool of our complex is specially designed to provide safety and enjoyment to people with mobility difficulties.

Of course, Aksos Suites caters for specialized services such as nursing staff, physiotherapist etc. at an extra charge. Finally, our cooperation with companies that offer equipment for people with disabilities gives us the opportunity to rent a device or a machine that is necessary for your vacation.
