About Little Gaerfields -Upper Fields Farm

A large self-catering holiday home on a farm sleeping up to 18 plus 7 in 8 super kings plus singles and bunk beds etc in the Herefordshire Wye Valley. Also close to the Forest of Dean and the Welsh border. There are 9 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, a large litchen - dining room and 2 longes with TV's 

Once used for storing hay and milking cows in. The old red sandstone barn (built-in 1650) has been lovingly and thoughtfully converted into a large 4-star gold holiday house.

Nestled in the sleepy South Herefordshire countryside Little Gaerfields has lots to offer guests. 

A huge dining room/kitchen for up to 30 with log burner in the inglenook fireplace. Two TV rooms, underfloor heating, comfortable super-king 6′ beds ( all double beds in the house can be made to singles for hen parties, etc. There are two ground floor bedrooms with wet rooms one suitable for disabled. The swimming pool , perfect to entertain everyone. 

There are a total of 7  beds at 6’wide and 1 in Robin at 5’ all of which can be made as singles if needed.

Bedroom 2. Curlew - sleeps 2 groundfloor with wet room
Bedroom 3. Wagtail - sleeps 3 en-suite
Bedroom 4. Blackbird - sleeps 2 with en-suite
Bedroom 5. Greenfinch - sleeps 3 shares bathroom with Owl
Bedroom 6. Owl - sleeps 2 shares bathroom with greenfinch
Bedroom 7. Robin - sleeps 2  with en-suite
Bedroom 8. Blue tits - sleeps 5 in 2 bunkbeds ( 4 people) and a armchair bed on the mezzanine above the bunks.Bathroom across landing.
Bedroom 9. Cuckoo- sleeps 3 with en-suite

There is a comfortable sofa bed on the galleried landing in a space about 12' by 5' which has a curtain to draw across and make a sleeping area.

Travel cots, high chairs, stair gates and and equipment for disabled can be found in a cupboard in Woodpecker Bathroom. Please your own bedding for the travel cots. 

At the back of the house which you will approach first is a tarmac courtyard with a slight slope with parking for 8 to 10 cars, more can park in front of the farmyard, there is a brick slope to one door (normal width) into the kitchen from tarmac courtyard.

At the front of the house and next to the garden is concrete farmyard with flat entrance to garden and house

The swimming Pool is in the pool hall next to the courtyard and is open from 8am to 6pm. There is flexibility on these times.
