My name is Alan Vuong and I had a really bad car accident when I was 20 that left me paralyzed and in a wheelchair. I had a complete injury and broke my neck between c4 and c5. Even though I need a wheelchair and require an assistant I still travel the world. At first I had no idea if I was able to adjust to my new life and what my future holds.
There is just too much to see in this world to keep me confined to my wheelchair. I went on my first vacation to Puerto Vallarta in November 2006 and was instantly hooked.I realized that travelling is my passion and have been to 25 countries since.
I went skydiving, hot-air ballooning, horse riding in Las Vegas. Been to The Great Wall of China, Burj Khalifa in Dubai, Great Pyramids of Giza and many many more. I created my website to show everyone that it still is possible to travel in a wheelchair and that there is lots of things that we can still do. I will eventually update this site with my past trips and continue writing about my new travels. Hope you guys enjoy and just remember… yes you can!
